2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number (submitted via the contact form).
  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser/device type (via Google Analytics, only with your consent).
  • Preference data — your cookie consent choices stored locally in your browser.

We do not collect payment card data directly; payments are processed by third-party platforms (TalentLMS / relevant payment processor).

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing necessary to fulfil or prepare an enrollment or training service you have requested.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to maintain website security, prevent fraud, and manage internal administration. We balance these interests against your rights and will not override them where your privacy interests prevail.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and any marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by updating your cookie preferences via the banner or "Manage Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is required to comply with applicable law (e.g., tax, accounting, or law enforcement requests).

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Deliver training programs and related communications.
  • Analyse aggregate website usage to improve content and performance (analytics, with consent only).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Google Consent Mode v2 & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-7M4M91K9VT) to understand how visitors use our site. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2:

  • By default, analytics_storage and ad_storage are set to denied before any cookies are placed.
  • Google may receive anonymised, cookieless signals (aggregate, non-identifiable) to model traffic patterns — no identifiable data is sent without your consent.
  • Only after you click "Accept All" or enable analytics in the preferences panel will analytics_storage be set to granted and standard GA4 measurement begin.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time; future measurement will revert to denied/anonymous mode.

6. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission where applicable. By accepting analytics cookies, you acknowledge this transfer. You may opt out at any time through the cookie preferences panel.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions — retained for up to 2 years or as needed to resolve the inquiry, then deleted.
  • Analytics data — retained by Google for 13 months per our GA4 data retention settings.
  • Cookie preference record — stored in your browser's localStorage for 1 year.

8. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (e.g., Google Analytics, TalentLMS, email hosting) — bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
  • Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Data Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw Consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Lodge a Complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or the relevant EU data protection authority).

We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days. Where a request is complex or there are a large number of requests, we may extend this by a further 60 days and will notify you of the extension.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold.
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing — we do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may exercise this right by disabling analytics cookies via the cookie preference panel or by clicking "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
  • Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at [email protected].

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner, the "Manage Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or your browser settings.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
