3. Google Consent Mode v2

When you first visit, analytics_storage and ad_storage are set to denied by default.
In denied mode, Google may observe anonymised, aggregate, cookieless signals to model overall traffic — no cookies are placed and no identifiable data is sent.
When you grant analytics consent, analytics_storage is updated to granted and standard GA4 measurement (including the _ga, _ga_*, and _gid cookies) activates.
